We are looking for a talented Web Designer to create amazing user experiences. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful web design. They should have superior user interface design skills. The successful candidate will be able to transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs.

 

Please note that this is a per-project basis position with the opportunity to become a part-time web designer.

Responsibilities

• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final launch

• Conceptualize original website design ideas

• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas

• Present designs and key deliverables to account manager

• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards

Skills

• Proven work experience as a web designer

• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio

• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing tools

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus but not a requirement

• Experience with website builders such as WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix among other website builders

• Excellent visual design skills

• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively

• Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in fields related to design or pursuing your 3rd or 4th year in college *Experience must be provided with extensive portfolio if you are in college*

• A good portfolio of past design and creative projects.

• Figma or Adobe XD experience (Preferred)

• Good experience with design software and editing tools. 

• Good command over design techniques and visual elements.

• Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.

• Creative thinking with attention to detail.
