Being one of the first of its kind in the local community, Podtastik provided mobile podcasting services during COVID-19, allowing individuals to record in the safety of their home or workspace without having to worry about technical issues and support. Prior to officially launching, this company looked for consulting services to determine the best approach both before and during the pandemic.

With a unique approach for the self produced podcasts, Podtastik started at a time where things become difficult for everyone in the industry. Although, the pandemic started Podtastik began its marketing campaign and reached its goal to help others produced podcast from their homes with a started package kit where they'll just need to send the audio and the rest is done.

Podtastik reached out to the Agency initially before COVID-19 appeared officially in the United States with an initial concept they were not too confident about yet. Once they finalized their concept, they were not too sure on the best approach to advertise and market themselves. The last problem arose when COVID-19 was officially declared in the United States, they were not sure how to market themselves.

OUTCOME

Agency designed a much cleaner and modern design to replace the initial concept that was presented. From there, the Agency provided social media set up and layouts for the business to use to market themselves. When COVID-19 officially was declared in the United States, the Agency provided them with consultations to change their business model approach, create, announce and design infographics and public releases to their clientele.
