We are looking for a junior designer to join our design team and help us in producing high-quality design projects and content. You will be required to deliver on special tasks for the completion of projects and create unique ideas.

This is a part-time contracted position. You will be required to work remotely with

a maximum of 25 hours or less per week.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Adapt the agency's voice and tone for each of our audiences

• Get coached to  create content  that tells a brand story, improves customer experiences and aids conversions to business goal. Platforms include website, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.

• Learn to optimize website content based on keyword, competitor, and on-page behavior analysis

• Develop yourself into an agile problem-solver, collaborator and business thinker

• Ensure copy adheres to brand standards, leverages best practices and reflects current trends

• Demonstrate strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills

 

Responsibilities

• Help deliver design requirements.

• Create original graphic content for social media.

• Create original content for agency's clients.

• Understand the design idea and concept.

• Pitch unique ideas for design projects.

• Collaborate with Art Director and design team to produce the final product.

• Use the best design methods, applications, software and techniques to work on the project.

• Create drafts and models for review.

• Take on specific tasks to support many projects underway.

• Take in constructive criticism and produce quality work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in fields related to design or pursuing your 3rd or 4th year in college.

• A good portfolio of past design and creative projects.

• Good experience with design software and editing tools. 

• Good command over design techniques and visual elements.

• Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.

• Good sportsmanship.

• Teamwork skills.

• Creative thinking with attention to details.
